How to Cancel an Order

We try very hard to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order please contact us by e-mail or phone (207) 212-4032 (leave message if necessary) within 3 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please return the package unopened and in good condition, and when we receive the package you will be notified and your account credited minus the original and return shipping fees.
