Shipping

Mainely Soap charges actual shipping fees for your order. You may choose the best method for you and we will e-mail you the total as soon as we have your order boxed and weighed. Choose from USPS, UPS or FedEx. If you do not specify a shipping method we will choose the least expensive option. Although we do not require a minimumn order amount, please realize that if you buy only one small item the shipping fee might be as much or more than the item itself. We do not charge a handling fee. If it is a large order and we need to purchase additional shipping supplies, we will add that onto the shipping cost. We will not charge your credit card until your order ships. We will always e-mail you the total shipping cost before we ship your order.

Once your order is shipped, we have no control over it. We will give you the UPS/FedEx tracking number so you can see when it will arrive. If there is a problem, let us know and we will contact UPS/FedEx to find out the reason.

Every attempt is made to ensure your order goes out within 48 hours of receiving it. During the holiday season this time frame may be extended. Back to Policies.
